Shipping, Warranty & Returns Policy


Most merchandise orders are printed and shipped within 3 business days.

Free shipping is only available to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We know you're excited to get your order, so we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible!

If you have questions about estimated delivery dates or international orders, please contact us at prior to ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

For orders within the contiguous USA, choose from:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
  • Priority Shipping: 1 Business Day - Not available to PO Boxes

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered, but you did not receive the package, you will have to pursue a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for customer data entry errors regarding shipping or delivery instructions. Shipping costs will not be refunded in situations where the customer has entered information incorrectly.


  • All product prices and shipping are quoted are in USD.
  • Buyer agrees to pay all duties and import/brokerage fees associated with the shipment. will not be responsible for any of these costs.
  • On rare occasion the postal service in the destination country may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation the buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.
  • To protect against fraudulent purchases, some international orders may require payment via PayPal, which protects both the buyer and the seller.  We will contact you after your order is placed if this applies.

  • USA - FREE
  • CANADA - $5 for every 1-3 CDs
  • All other places - $10 for every 1-3 CDs

*Please Note – to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery… depending on when we get your order.  We ship orders every Friday via AIR PARCEL POST (unless otherwise requested or arranged). If it takes longer please be patient. The US, Canada and UK Postal and Custom services will occasionally do random inspections on international parcels and this can cause delays.


  • merchandise products are unique, printed to order, and as a result, are non-refundable. Once the order has been placed, you can no longer edit the details of the order.
  • If you order the wrong size or color, is not responsible and will not offer replacement or refunds.
  • return policy is only applicable to misprinted, damaged, and defective items. You must submit a claim within three (3) weeks from the date the product was received by you.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within three (3) weeks from the estimated delivery date provided to you.
  • You must submit all claims via your order management dashboard under each order's detail page.
  • After investigates the issue, if it is determined that the product is damaged, defective, or if there is an error concerning printing, we will submit your product for a refund or replacement.
  • Any refunds are at the full discretion of and will only be issued in the form of a credit to your balance. Credits may not be cashed out and may only be used on the Platform.
  • Users are liable for incorrect addresses. You must provide a correct address and pay the reshipping costs which can include product costs and shipping.
  • If an order is returned to due to an incorrect address or if the shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. The user is liable for re-shipment costs including the original shipping cost of the product plus a service charge of $10.00. If no re-shipping address is provided or cannot reach you, the package(s) will be donated after two weeks of receipt of your package by

  • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
  • The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
  • Therefore, as such, reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
  • This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
